Description
The fibers, 250µm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. The cable core is extruded with a polyethylene inner sheath, and then PSP is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
Characteristics:
- Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber
- Full-section water-blocking structure, longitudinally wrapped double-sided coated corrugated steel (aluminum) tape armored, reliable lap bonding, high strength, no cracking during torsion, double-layered double-armored structure, excellent crush resistance, ensure Good water and moisture resistance; also has anti-rat ability.
- Phosphorized wire center reinforcement member has high modulus and corrosion resistance
- PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation
- The product service life is more than 25 years;
- Operating Temperature: -40 ~ +70ºC
- GYTA53 cable complies with Standard YD/T 901-2018.
- Application: Long distance communication and interoffice communication
- Method of installation: direct burial
