PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This wideband Power Amplifier module is working for VHF & UHF RF bands, model type: PWR-V UHF-WB with aluminum case, it need operating on heatsink.
This product are using GaN technology that is able to cover the superwide bandwidth, in this model, it is allowed to do as the following three types of: 10-100MHz, 100-600MHz and 20-500MHz, power range can be customized from 44-50dBm. PA are equiped with over-high VSWR and over-high power protection to avoid/reduce the damage from any misoperation. I/O Port is compatible with DB9 serial port.
More function and parameters are avaiable to customized according to actual requirement.
